# 🚚 Shipping

## Zenbooths ship throughout the contiguous U.S. with flat rate shipping prices.

Within the contiguous U.S., all Zenbooth models ship on **custom A-frame pallets** designed to protect the booths and make handling easier.

At a glance:

- Booths are **flat-packed** and secured to pallets
- Shipments travel via **freight carrier** (not small parcel services like UPS/FedEx)
- Your quote or order documents list the **number of pallets**, approximate **weights**, and **dimensions**

If you’re working with your own carrier through a special arrangement with Sales, our team can provide **weights and pallet dimensions** so your carrier knows what to expect.

### **🌍 Where We Ship**

**🇺🇸 Contiguous United States (Lower 48)** Zenbooth currently ships **only within the contiguous United States** (the lower 48 states) directly from our factory in Berkeley, CA.

If your delivery address is in the lower 48, we can:

- Arrange **standard freight shipping**, and
- Offer **Professional Installation** in many areas (see Installation below)

All shipping rates in this article apply to deliveries **within the contiguous U.S.**

### **🌐 Outside the Contiguous U.S.**

For locations **outside the contiguous U.S.** (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or overseas), we **cannot** ship directly to the final destination, and installation services are **not** available.

In some cases, it may be possible to arrange **factory pickup** and coordinate your own freight through a carrier or freight forwarder of your choice.

They’ll walk you through what may be possible for your location and project.

### **💵 Shipping Costs**

Standard flat-rate shipping within the contiguous U.S. is currently:

- **Zenbooth Solo** – **$650 per booth**
- **Zenbooth Solo Pro** – **$800 per booth**
- **Zenbooth Duo** – **$1,300 per booth**
- **Zenbooth Quad** – **$1,600 per booth**

**Additional shipping fees may apply** for:

- **Remote locations**
- **Areas inaccessible by box truck**
- **Destinations across water** (for example, islands reachable only by ferry)
