🧭 Before You Place Your Order

Confirm all details before you submit your order:

🛒 How to Place and Pay for Your Order

To finalize and pay for your order, there are a few options:

🌐 Order Online via Website (Self Checkout)

This option is best if you already know what you want!

1. Go to zenbooth.net.
2. Choose your booth model(s), finishes, and quantities.
3. Add everything to your cart.
4. Head to checkout, add your shipping and billing info.
5. Pick your payment method and submit your order.

You’ll get an order confirmation by email with remittance info, and we’ll take it from there.

🔗 Quote Order Link (Online Checkout from a Quote)

If you’ve been working with our Sales Team, you’ll receive a quote with a secure checkout link.

Click that link to:

1. Confirm your order details and shipping and billing details
2. Choose your payment method
3. Finalize the order online

You’ll receive an order confirmation and remittance instructions once you submit the order.

📄 Submit a Purchase Order (PO)

Have a purchasing department that requires POs? Totally fine.

Here’s how that works:

1. Create a PO - all order details and pricing should align with your quote.
2. Email it to sales@zenbooth.net.
3. Tell us your remittance method (CC, ACH/wire, check, etc.) for the order.

We’ll place the order on your behalf, and you’ll receive an order confirmation with remittance instructions.

💰 Payment / Remittance Methods

We have a variety of payment methods to suit your team's needs:

We’ll send clear instructions for your chosen method on your invoice or order confirmation. For fastest delivery, please select Credit Card or ACH.

⏱️ Payment Timing & Deposits

Important timing details:

• Zenbooth requires 100% deposit upon order placement, unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance.
• Your selected manufacturing lead time begins upon receipt of payment, not order submission.
• The fastest payment options are credit card (no additional fees) or ACH/wire transfer.
• If you choose to pay by check, we strongly recommend overnight delivery with tracking so there is a clear, documented arrival date for all parties. Checks sent via regular mail may take several weeks to arrive and process, which may delay manufacturing.
• Payments received after 5:00pm (PT) on Friday are processed the next business week.
• If you know payment will arrive more than three (3) days after placing your order, please email ar@zenbooth.net so we can plan accordingly.
• Orders that remain unpaid without communication may be treated as abandoned and could be cancelled or subject to storage and/or collection per our Terms & Conditions.

🧍 Personal Financing with Klarna

When you’re checking out online, you’ll see Klarna as a payment option.

Klarna lets you:

• Split your purchase into monthly installments (up to 36 months)
• Apply quickly right in the checkout flow
• Pay over time instead of one large upfront charge

How it works:

1. At online checkout, select Klarna (if it’s available in your region and for your cart).
2. Complete Klarna’s quick application and approval flow.
3. Klarna pays Zenbooth, and you make your monthly payments directly to Klarna based on their terms.
