Adjustable Desk Initiation (and reset if not working)

Zenbooth Adjustable Desks need to be “initialized” before they can be fully functional. If you're experiencing any issues with your desk not lowering or raising properly, you can also follow these steps to reset the desk back to full functionality.

Steps to initialize a Zenbooth Adjustable Desk:

1. Unplug the desk's power cord and plug it back into the power source.
2. Press the DOWN button on the desk until the desk reaches its lowest position. Release DOWN button.
3. Press and hold the DOWN button for 10 seconds and then release.
4. Hold the DOWN button again until the desk lowers slightly and raises back up.
5. Your desk is ready!
